Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY is seeking an Industrial Engineering Technician I to support the IE department. The role focuses on maintaining layouts, data in IE systems, and supporting production efficiency on the Liquid Cooling team.

Responsibilities include time studies, updating layouts, process maps, and SAP/MES data entry, with a 6am-6pm shift (Wed/Thu-Sat) and 15% differential. Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Understanding industrial engineering tools: work measurement, process mapping, facilities/workstation design.
• Eye for detail in data updates; basic analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in time studies and time estimates.
• Update site/layouts and project layouts as directed by IE.
• Update Key Process maps and Product-Process-Time database.
• Enter configuration data into SAP and MES as directed by IE.
• Maintain standardization of Jabil processes across site.
• Support Lean by maintaining data integrity for process improvement.
• Perform other IE duties as assigned.
