Responsibilities

• Lead or support projects eliminating waste within industrial engineering processes.
• Develop time standards for process steps for the IEDB.
• Gather and analyze industrial engineering metrics for assigned customer or area.
• Coordinate layout and facility moves for assigned areas.
• Monitor SAP and MES configurations for compliance.
• Coach, mentor, and train engineers in the IE team.
• Ensure standardization of processes across site per global directions.
• Support Lean initiatives with data integrity for process improvement.
• Adhere to company security policy.
