Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Industrial Engineering Technician II on-site at our Prince George, VA facility to support a new factory startup. You will help design production layouts, maintain data in IEDB, and create/maintain process visuals and tooling as part of the onboarding team.

The role focuses on assembly tooling, process improvements, and data integrity for lean operations, with an 6:00 AM–2:30 PM shift and hourly pay range of $21.73–$39.13.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of industrial engineering tools and methods.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy.
• Basic analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in PC tools including MS Office, Visio, Project and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing an area for a line move or process change.
• Update the Product-Process-Time database (IEDB) as directed.
• Update/Create production visuals as directed.
• Order, receive and validate tooling as directed.
• Ensure standardization of Jabil processes across site.
