Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in engineering (Industrial/Manufacturing preferred).
Three+ years of Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
Proven track record of process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Ability to evaluate production capabilities, improve flow, and identify efficiency opportunities.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Analyze operations to identify productivity, capacity, and efficiency improvements.
Develop simulation models and analytical tools to evaluate processes and inform recommendations.
Perform capacity planning, throughput analysis, and bottleneck identification.
Evaluate layouts, material flow and workflows to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance and leadership on CI initiatives.
Provide analyses to support equipment investments and process improvements.
Collect and present operational data to guide strategic decisions.
Apply Lean principles to reduce waste and increase effectiveness.
Lead or support cross-facility projects to boost productivity and quality.
