Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in industrial engineering or 8+ years with a master’s degree.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Capacity Modeling, Facility Design, and Process Optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams to achieve measurable results.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ~12 industrial engineers, including hiring, staffing and coaching.
• Oversee IE project planning and execution to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
• Develop key metrics and performance indicators to improve cost, quality, and schedule outcomes.
• Promote Lean transformations and factory modeling using value stream maps and simulations.
• Collaborate with multiple functions to align priorities and resources across programs.
