Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Operations and Industrial Engineering Program Manager to own factory layout and material flow design across AWS rack fulfillment sites.

You will bridge capacity planning with automation, construction, and operations for scalable, high-density manufacturing at global sites. You will lead data-driven layouts, performance metrics, and standards while coordinating utilities and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience.
• 10+ years cross-functional experience or a Bachelor's and 6+ years delivering cross-functional projects.
• Associate's degree in business, finance, economics, CS, data science, engineering, or related field, or 5+ years in a manufacturing engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Translate rack fulfillment capacity plans into data-driven facility layouts for AWS manufacturing operations.
• Design factory floor layouts including automation lines, manual zones, test positions and material handling systems.
• Develop and maintain industrial simulation models to identify bottlenecks and optimize material flow paths.
• Coordinate power, cooling, network, and infrastructure readiness for production zones.
