Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to join the BT&E team on site. You will own manufacturing plans, coordinate fabrication and sourcing, and work closely with test and instrumentation engineers across Boeing sites to support aircraft assembly and lab setups.

Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering, CAD experience (CATIA/NX), and a track record in manufacturing planning with ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
• BS in Engineering or related field; technical discipline aligned to work statement.
• Experience in engineering design or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with manufacturing planning tools and CAD packages (CATIA or NX).
• Ability to obtain program access and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize test hardware and instrumentation requirements for fabrication and lab tests.
• Review design models and drawings; create and review redlines with design teams.
• Create manufacturing plans to facilitate build and coordinate fabrication.
• Sourcing of fabrication and assembly; manage work statements and supplier_coordination.
• Coordinate with test engineers, instrumentation engineers, program engineers, and customers.
• Provide shipside (aircraft) support and cross-site task coverage as needed.
