Job summary

Walmart is seeking a results-driven professional to drive execution of business plans and manage complex projects across retail operations. You will identify customer and operational needs, develop strategies, and coordinate resources and milestones.

Responsibilities include leading content management initiatives, training development, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and performance. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
• Experience developing and delivering trainings a plus.
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs.
• Manage multiple projects with defined scope, milestones, and timelines, and report status to stakeholders.
• Oversee content management initiatives, tools, templates, and resources to ensure quality and governance.
• Lead process improvement programs and partner with teams to simplify workflows and drive adoption.
