Job summary

You will recruit and mentor a high‑performing team, ensure safety and security, align with Manufacturing leadership, and deliver on Availability, Performance, and Quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or a related engineering field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience with industry manufacturing quality systems (NQA‑1, ISO‑TS, AS9001).
• Experience with AIAG Core Tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction, documentation, and overall performance of the Industrial Engineering Department, ensuring goals are met and lessons learned drive growth.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high‑performing engineering team, fostering collaboration across Manufacturing and Engineering.
• Oversee departmental operations, guide planning and analysis activities, and ensure deliverables meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
