Job summary

You will staff and mentor an engineering organization, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and champion continuous improvement to meet budget and schedule with strict security requirements.

Qualifications

• Accredited engineering degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience in a production environment.
• Experience in serial production environments.
• Strong background in lean manufacturing.
• Familiarity with quality systems (NQA‑1, ISO‑TS, AS9001).
• Experience with AIAG Core Tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead centrifuge manufacturing engineering department and set strategic goals.
• Staff and develop high-performing engineering organization.
• Supervise day-to-day dept activities and drive process improvements.
• Ensure production plans are executed by the Manufacturing Director.
• Oversee continuous improvement and production launches.
• Identify risks in current/future production processes.
