Placements24 is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager to lead a dedicated team in East London, driving operational excellence and cost-saving initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will mentor engineers, set departmental goals, and align IE efforts with senior leadership to support business objectives.

The role requires a Master’s in Industrial Engineering or related field, 10+ years of progressive IE experience with at least 3 years in leadership, and strong Lean Six

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for process optimization, efficiency, and cost reduction across manufacturing operations in East London.
• Oversee design, implementation and validation of new production processes, technologies and equipment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for the industrial engineering department and operations.
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align IE strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
