Job summary

Ford is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineering Manager at the Cleveland Engine Plant to lead the IE team and support production with productivity proposals. You will drive rebalances, OLOT reductions, and throughput improvements, coordinating with unions, health and safety, and cross-functional partners.

You’ll supervise IE staff, manage time-study schedules (MODAPTS), and implement engineering changes affecting workstations and allocations to improve overall efficiency and safety

Qualifications

• Lead ergonomics improvement and problem solving through IE actions.
• Lead workstation set up and optimization.
• Implement engineering changes that affect the workstation and allocations.
• Supervise/coach IEs with time study schedules (e.g., MODAPTS).
• Interface with union/works council and Health and Safety to settle job disputes and ergonomic issues.
