Job summary

iA (Innovation Associates) is offering an Industrial Engineering Intern role in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience to complement your coursework, work with quality tools, and develop dashboards to drive continuous improvement on real projects.

The internship runs June 1, 2027 through August 6, 2027. You will support reliability tests, assist in performance analysis, and help document failures, with mentorship and exposure to hardware test techniques.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage reliability tests conducted on subsystems and systems in support of the test team.
• Support product performance analysis by compiling and interpreting data for investigations.
• Assist in creating and updating failure documentation for key systems.
