Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Project Manager to lead engineering teams on design projects across the Industrial Division, including consulting, design-build and EPC efforts for sectors like Power, Oil & Gas, and Chemicals. You will manage scope, schedule and budget, mentor multi-discipline teams, and act as the main client liaison to deliver a legendary client experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, ~10 years of related experience, and certifications (PMP/CCM/DBIA) within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 10 years of related experience.
• Certification (PMP/CCM/DBIA) within 12 months of hire or promotion.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering projects from concept through design and construction.
• Lead a multi-discipline team to deliver scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor and lead project teams; ensure quality and compliance.
• Serve as main client contact to deliver a superior client experience.
