Job summary

Hunter Engineering Company in Raymond, MS is seeking an Industrial Engineering Co Op for Spring 2027 (January 2027 to May 2027). You will perform time studies, create/update work instructions, and assist with plant layout updates to support daily operations in the electronics plant.

Ideal candidates are Industrial Engineering majors, seniors or second-semester juniors, with prior co-op experience preferred. Real-world experience, team bonding, and recognition events are part of the program.

Qualifications

• Major study in Industrial Engineering.
• Senior or 2nd semester Junior; prior co-op experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform time studies
• Develop/update work instructions
• Make updates to the plant layout as necessary
• Work with operators/management to identify improvement opportunities for the factory
• Assist with other activities to support day-to-day operations
