Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2030
• Able to work full-time (40 hours/week)
• Willing to work in a plant environment
• Enrolled in a co-op program through Kettering University or Rochester Institute of Technology

Responsibilities

• Confirms or recommends changes to layouts, labor control and/or material control
• Frequent contact with others outside the work group
• Assists in developing accurate methods and optimum operation layout
• Makes operation descriptions and performs calculations to complete studies and change routines or other systems of labor and material control
