About the Position:

This is entry to mid-level QA/QC Engineer position in our growing Modular Solutions Division. We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented individual to support our QA/QC and testing department. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our modular systems meet or exceed project specifications and industry standards

The position will be based in person at our West Atlanta, GA location.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute QA/QC plans tailored to modular electrical equipment
• Manage inspections and tests throughout the manufacturing process, including reports and checklists
• Oversee suppliers and subcontractor quality performance and drive corrective action when necessary
• Coordinate QA/QC documentation, tracking, and compliance efforts
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement any associated corrective action
• Maintain organized records of all quality control documentation and compliance data
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on QA/QC standards and best practices
• Participate in First-of-Kind product builds and Factory Witness Testing with client
• Work closely with engineering, production, and project management teams to ensure quality alignment across departments
• Ability to function in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Ability and willingness to jump in and learn product specifics, end user requirements, question the status quo, and drive positive action
• Stay informed on relevant codes and regulations, including NFPA 70, NFPA 75, UL, and NETA standards
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
• 1-5 Years of manufacturing experience
• 1-5 Years of experience in QA/QC
• Knowledge of electrical power distribution is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening prior to beginning employment
• Must possess valid driver's license
• Must be able to work 8 hours per day
