Job summary

Burlington Raeford Plant is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support division and plant manufacturing objectives by improving quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance through IE principles. This role develops and maintains performance standards, budgets, and leads continuous improvement across processes, quality, and automation in a textile setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
3-7 years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing, preferably textile.
Experience with cost reduction, process improvement, quality systems, and production optimization.

Responsibilities

Support division manufacturing objectives for improving quality, delivery, and cost.
Lead cost reduction initiatives and enhance cost control systems.
Apply automation and monitoring technologies to improve efficiency.
Support production flow with Just-In-Time manufacturing principles.
Stay current with IE trends and best practices in textiles.
