Job summary

Burlington Industries' Raeford Plant in North Carolina is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing objectives by improving quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance through industrial engineering principles.

The role develops and maintains product performance standards, establishes budgets, and leads & supports continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes, quality systems, cost control, automation, and workforce effectiveness within a textile

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
3-7 years in manufacturing environment, preferably textile, apparel, or high‑volume operations.
Demonstrated experience with cost reduction, process improvement, quality systems, and production optimization.

Responsibilities

Improve quality, delivery, and cost through IE systems and budgets.
Lead cost reduction initiatives and maintain cost control systems.
Apply automation and monitoring to improve efficiency, quality, and data visibility.
Support JIT scheduling and production flow improvements.
Stay current with industrial engineering trends and best practices in textiles.
