Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
3–7 years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with cost reduction, process improvement, quality systems, and production optimization.

Responsibilities

Support division manufacturing objectives to improve quality, delivery, and cost.
Lead cost reduction initiatives and maintain cost control systems.
Apply automation and monitoring technologies to improve efficiency and data visibility.
Support production flow, scheduling, and throughput improvements.
Stay current with industrial engineering trends in textile manufacturing.
