Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead division maintenance strategy across multiple plants.
Standardize maintenance practices and drive safety and continuous improvement.
Develop and manage maintenance budgets and capital project proposals.
Provide technical guidance on equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
Lead audits, inspections, and risk mitigation initiatives.
