Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of maintenance or engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience across multiple sites or large-scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead division maintenance strategy across multiple plants.
• Standardize maintenance practices and drive safety and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and capital project proposals.
• Provide technical guidance on equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
• Lead audits, inspections, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Drive reliability-centered maintenance and lean manufacturing principles.
