Job summary

Relevant candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years in semiconductor processes including SWD, DIFF, and implantation, plus analytics experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in semiconductor processing and related engineering roles.
• Experience withDIFF, SWD, implantation processes and equipment analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design systems and processes to increase productivity of semiconductor manufacturing.
• Develop layouts, workflow production, capacity tools and models; ensure safety standards.
• Develop throughput optimization for overall equipment output.
• Create analytic calculators to identify long-term modeling indices.
• Identify and address invalid equipment indices to ensure model validity.
• Maintain metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity; identify bottlenecks.
• Establish accident prevention measures and training plans for production staff.
• Collaborate with other projects as needed.
