Job summary

You will lead cross‑functional improvement projects, develop factory capacity models, build dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, planning, automation, and finance to optimize operations for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing; wafer fab preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data modeling, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or automation concepts preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Modeling & Factory Analysis: develop, maintain, and improve fab capacity models; analyze WIP flow, bottlenecks, cycle time; provide data-driven insights for staffing, capital planning, and production strategy.
• Continuous Improvement & Lean Execution: lead Lean initiatives (A3s, SMED, 5S); promote Lean culture; create standard work and drive process stability.
• Automation & Reporting: build dashboards (Power BI/Tableau); automate reports and forecast models; collaborate to improve data accuracy and dispatching systems.
• Project Leadership & Execution: manage cross-functional projects; develop timelines and resources; coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, facilities, planning.
• Operational Support & Analysis: conduct time studies, value stream mapping; monitor performance vs plan; support monthly projections and risk indicators.
