Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing operations. The role focuses on capacity modeling, data analysis, and process improvement within a dynamic team environment.

The candidate will engage in capacity analysis, tool coordination, and collaboration with engineering, manufacturing and planning to optimize throughput and support decision making. Experience in semiconductor settings and cleanroom work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2 years' experience in the Semiconductor industry, capacity modeling, and working knowledge of simulation models (AutoSched) or similar.
• Ability to work in clean room environment wearing smock.

Responsibilities

• Maintain capacity modeling data integrity and monitor engineering changes with tool owners.
• Perform capacity analyses and assess production impact of changes.
• Conduct 'what-if' analyses to support decisions.
• Analyze throughput using stopwatch studies and automation logs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time and improve capacity models for operations.
