Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, workstations, and material flow to improve efficiency, throughput, cost, quality, and safety. Use data analysis and lean methods to implement improvements, support production operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

Requirements: Requires a STEM degree and at least two years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field, along with U.S. citizenship and manufacturing experience. Candidates must have experience with data analysis tools and manufacturing software; preferred qualifications include lean event experience, capital project justification, CAD or simulation tools, ergonomic analysis, and SAP.
