Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong emphasis on quality systems and process improvement.
• Proven experience with quality management tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
• Understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment, collaborating across departments.
