Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality initiatives at our facility in Paarl. This senior role develops, implements, and maintains a full QMS to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction, guiding a team of QA professionals and driving continuous improvement.

You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other regulatory requirements, conduct internal and external audits, analyze data, and drive CAPA actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business.
• 5+ years in QA/QMS roles in manufacturing.
• Leadership experience in managing a QA team and implementing quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and mentor the QA team and oversee performance.

You will lead a team of quality professionals, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's overall Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team, assigning responsibilities and overseeing performance.

• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering, Business).
• Significant experience (5+ years) in Quality Assurance or Quality Management roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience managing a QA team and implementing quality systems.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
