  • Drive cultural transformation aligned with Mattel values.
  • Lead projects from requirements to deployment, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and external partners to ensure project success and compliance.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting scope, schedule, or budget as needed.
  • Promote continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Manage project financials, including capital expenses.
  • Propose solutions to obstacles related to layout, space, equipment, and process changes.
  • Adopt network standards, metrics, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, with 5+ years in distribution or manufacturing operations leadership or project management, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
  • Experience in budgeting, planning, and executing business and project plans.
