Responsibilities

As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will:

1. Act as the main point of contact for project delivery—working directly with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive implementation
2. Translate customer needs into actionable technical plans, keeping timelines, scope, and quality in check
3. Collaborate across engineering, support, client success, and services to deliver custom solutions that solve unique business problems
4. Handle technical configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting, particularly using SQL, APIs, and EDI standards
5. Proactively manage scope changes, budgets, and project documentation like Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Requests
6. Track and communicate status, risks, and deliverables with clarity and confidence
7. Work in a remote-first, fast-paced environment that values ownership, transparency, and practical problem-solving

Requirements

We're looking for someone who brings both technical strength and project leadership:

1. 3-5 years of experience in a Courier or Last-mile delivery environment
2. Experience in a Courier or Last-mile delivery environment
3. Strong grasp of data and data-driven insights
4. Basic understanding and appreciation of data exchange protocols: HTTP, SFTP, AWS S3, and common EDI formats (e.g., 210, 214, 990)
5. Prior experience in logistics, courier, or route optimization industries is essential
6. Experience with the Microsoft tech stack (min. 2 years), including cloud/Azure fundamentals
7. Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of communication and delivery
8. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Zoho CRM, and other remote collaboration platforms
9. Bachelor's degree in any field
10. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
11. A mindset focused on clarity, quality, and continuous improvement

Nice to Have

• Computer science or Information Systems degree
• PMP certifications
• Hands-on experience in MSFT technologies and/or SQL
