Acme Engineering & Mfg Corp in Oklahoma is seeking an Industrial Engineer to lead manufacturing improvements. You will analyze production processes, design tooling, and help optimize BOMs, routings, and work methods.

You will collect data for cost and lead times, develop manufacturing memos and procedures, and participate in safety and waste control programs while supporting Marketing and Engineering as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in mechanical drawing and interpretation.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily production orders altering BOMs, structures, routings, prototypes and special product requests.
• Collect data for BOMs, shipping, tooling, packaging, and material utilization.
• Provide product cost, documentation and lead times for Marketing and Engineering.
• Design or specify manufacturing equipment, tooling, safety, and material handling equipment.
• Analyze production methods and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain Manufacturing Memos and Procedures, and support corporate policies.
• Establish and maintain waste procedures to comply with regulations.
• Source of positive communication and team building.
