Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• 1–3 years related experience in an engineering function.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ProE).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the launch of New Product Introductions (NPI) within operations.
• Assist facility transformation and technology transfer across value streams.
• Implement policies, procedures and documentation for continuous improvement.
• Apply demand-driven principles to support operational excellence.
• Ensure synchronized product, material and information flows for efficiency.
• Contribute ideas to improve business results.
• Deploy Generac tools, standards and processes.
• Align improvement initiatives with customer satisfaction goals.
• Work with shop floor personnel on manufacturing methods and controls.
• Define area layouts, process definitions and equipment justification.
