Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience with concurrent engineering, DFMA, and DOE is preferred.
• Strong CAD skills and computer literacy are essential.
• Ability to read/draft technical documentation and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan operation sequences to fabricate/assemble parts efficiently.
• Apply statistics to determine processes, staff, and standards.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to transition new products to production.
• Investigate manufacturing issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Work with Quality to maximize reliability and minimize cost.
• Maintain manufacturing specifications and documentation.
