Foxlink Group in Fort Worth, TX is hiring an Industrial Engineer to help build a world‑class manufacturing operation from the ground up. You will optimize SMT/PCBA production lines, perform time studies, and develop standard work to support ramp‑up and new product introduction.

You must enjoy solving complex technical challenges, collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning and Equipment teams, and drive process improvement, layout optimization, and cost reduction.

Formación

• Develop and optimize production line layouts, process flows, manpower allocation, and workstation designs.
• Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, bottleneck analysis, and standard labor-hour calculations for SMT/PCBA.
• Establish and maintain IE documentation, including standard work instructions, production routing, UPH/UPPH analysis, manpower planning, layout drawings, and continuous improvement reports.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Equipment teams to improve productivity, reduce waste, optimize material flow, and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Support factory layout planning, equipment installation planning, production readiness reviews, process improvement initiatives, and cost reduction projects.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Equipment teams to improve productivity, reduce waste, optimize material flow, and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
