Loreal is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize distribution-center operations across a multi-site network. You will analyze processes, drive cost reductions, and implement lean improvements with strong project-management discipline.

The role requires a solid foundation in industrial engineering, experience in multi-site environments, and ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives with CAD/Simulation tools support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of industrial engineering experience, multi-site exposure beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, time/motion studies, value stream mapping, SPC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement slotting optimization strategies for distribution centers.
• Analyze processes, material flow and resources to reduce bottlenecks and costs.
• Lead Kaizen events and process improvement projects across sites.
• Create standardized work instructions and best practices across the network.
• Collaborate with distribution, quality, supply chain and engineering teams.
• Provide training on industrial engineering principles and lean techniques.
