We are seeking an experienced MTM Instructor / Methods-Time Measurement Expert to support industrial engineering, production planning, and process optimization within an automotive manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will serve as a technical expert in MTM methodology, ensuring accurate time standards, supporting manufacturing process improvements, and providing training and guidance to engineering and production teams. You will play a key role in new model launches, production changes, and ongoing operational improvements.

What You'll Do:

• MTM Training & Qualification: Deliver MTM-related training, refresher courses, and technical guidance to industrial engineering and production planning teams.
• Time Study & Analysis: Review and validate MTM analyses, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
• Process Optimization: Support workstation design, assembly process improvements, and production time optimization.
• New Model & Production Support: Provide MTM expertise during new product launches, equipment introductions, model changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Technical Consulting: Advise engineering teams on time measurement methodologies for new technologies, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Standards & Documentation: Maintain and improve MTM reference materials, standardized analysis tools, and best practices.
• Problem Resolution: Investigate production time discrepancies, resolve technical disagreements related to MTM standards, and support corrective actions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, and production planning teams to promote standardized work measurement practices.

What We're Looking For:
