Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering or production improvement.
• Experience in manufacturing environment with hands-on exposure to processes, layouts, and labor standards.
• Experience conducting time studies, process analysis, capacity planning, or continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; able to analyze data and present recommendations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve manufacturing work systems, layouts, and material movement for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct time studies, motion studies, capacity analysis, and labor planning to establish standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, ergonomics, quality, throughput, and waste reduction.
• Support new product introductions, production line setup, ramp-up, and process readiness for manufacturing launch.
• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for standardized work and better performance.
• Develop process documentation, work instructions, metrics, and training materials.
