Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support Programs/Factories in Camden, AR to maximize throughput, improve efficiency, and deliver increasing value to the customer. Industrial Engineers are responsible for labor performance analyses, value stream mapping, line balancing, capacity planning, and factory layouts, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Essential functions include modeling operations, analyzing resource utilization, and applying Lean and Six Sigma principles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience; or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to manufacturing environments.
• Strong data mining/manipulation skills with Excel, VBA, SQL, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Model factory operations with process flows, value stream maps and CAD drawings to illustrate production processes and KPIs.
• Calculate resource utilization and identify throughput constraints.
