Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; 2 years with graduate degree; 8 years if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Model factory operations with process flows, value stream maps, and CAD drawings.
• Analyze resource utilization and identify throughput constraints.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and TOC to improve cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance factory performance and growth.
• Improve safety and ergonomics of work cells; support capacity planning.
• Maintain eligibility for U.S. government security clearance.
