Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing is required; practical experience with standard work and line balancing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with cycle time studies and value stream mapping to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to project managers for equipment and facilities projects.
• Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation (flow charts, capacity studies, time and motion analyses).
• Conduct cycle time studies and value stream mapping to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop robust manufacturing concepts to meet quality and customer expectations.
