Senra Systems, Inc. in Cypress, CA seeks an experienced Operations/Industrial Engineer to own end-to-end material flow, throughput, and KPI reporting. You will define PFEP, map waste, and drive Lean-inspired improvements on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Hands-on production floor experience with line balancing and labor optimization.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with MES/ERP systems is a plus; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Background in high-mix manufacturing or complex assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own supply chain and material flow from supplier to line-side.
• Develop PFEP as the single source of truth for sourcing, storage, movement and consumption.
• Map and eliminate waste in ordering, material handling, and kitting.
• Design end-to-end production workflows and layouts; lead line balancing.
• Define and own operational metrics and dashboards; provide actionable reporting.
• Partner with Engineering and Software (MES/ERP) to align systems.
