Job summary

Senra Systems, Inc. is transforming wire harness production through software-driven configuration. We seek a leader who can spot bottlenecks, own end-to-end improvements, and drive operational transformations that impact growth.

You will define material flow, build PFEP, and partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Production to deliver reliable, scalable processes across the plant.

Responsibilities

• Own Supply Chain & Material Flow end-to-end - map and optimize movement from supplier to line-side.
• Build the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) as the single source of truth for sourcing, storage, movement and consumption.
• Partner with Supply Chain on inventory positioning, replenishment strategies, and flow path design.
• Map and eliminate waste across processes to improve throughput and performance.
