Job summary

Senra Systems, Inc. in Cypress, CA seeks an experienced Operations Leader to own material flow, production throughput, and KPI reporting. You’ll build PFEP, design layouts, and partner with Engineering and Software to scale manufacturing.

You will drive Lean initiatives, perform root-cause analyses, and establish scalable processes across Supply Chain, Production, and Quality, while delivering measurable improvements in velocity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Hands-on production floor experience; fluency in line balancing, labor optimization, and facility layout.
• Cross-functional experience across Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Own supply chain & material flow; develop PFEP as source of truth for sourcing, storage, movement and consumption.
• Design and improve end‑to‑end production workflows; own facility layout, capacity, throughput and on‑time delivery.
• Define and own operational metrics; build dashboards and translate numbers into actionable recommendations.
• Design scalable manufacturing processes with Lean, root-cause investigations, and 5S; partner with Engineering and Software teams.
