Job summary

Signify in Peachtree City, GA is seeking an Industrial Engineer to collaborate with the 3PL team and Owned Sites to optimize distribution-center operations across North America. The role focuses on data-driven improvements, time studies, and lean tool application to boost efficiency and labor productivity.

You will drive site layout optimizations, ergonomic design, and manufacturing standards while building dashboards to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of direct Industrial engineering experience in multi-site locations.
• Experience developing and documenting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work with the 3PL team and Owned Sites to improve delivery lead times across distribution centers in Canada, US and Northern Mexico.
• Perform time studies, process mapping and apply Lean tools to boost DC productivity.
• Optimize site layouts to reduce bottlenecks and improve labor efficiency.
• Contribute to ergonomic workstation design, operations analysis, manufacturing standards and growth projects; create visual dashboards at each site.
• Apply value stream mapping, 5S and root cause analysis to increase DC output and optimize labor resources.
