Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes and workflows to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Develop and maintain standard work, labor standards, routings, and process flows.
• Conduct time studies and labor analyses to set production benchmarks.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Evaluate layouts and material flow to improve productivity and space usage.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to reduce cycle times.
• Collect and interpret production data to drive decisions.
• Develop KPIs for productivity, efficiency, quality, and labor utilization.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve process issues.
• Support new product introductions with efficient manufacturing processes.
• Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation.
