Job summary

Arrowhead Winch, a manufacturer of industrial winch and drive systems, seeks an Industrial Engineer to join its Broken Arrow, Oklahoma team. The role focuses on improving processes, productivity, and profitability through lean methods, time studies, and data-driven optimization.

You will analyze workflows, design layouts, support capacity and automation projects, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to drive results. This is an on-site role requiring safety and precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (experience level may vary).
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience conducting time studies, labor analysis, and process optimization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
