Job summary
Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking an Industrial Engineer for our De Pere, Wisconsin facility. This full-time onsite role focuses on developing and improving manufacturing functions and layouts across PDQ facilities in collaboration with production and R&D teams.
Responsibilities include capital equipment justification, plant layouts, process improvements, lean initiatives, safety and environmental compliance, as well as training personnel and creating work instructions for assembly and
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field.
- 2+ years CAD experience preferred.
- Experience with Oracle or similar manufacturing software preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO standards in manufacturing.
- Lean manufacturing experience.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing layouts and processes.
- Prepare economic justification for capital equipment procurement.
- Assist in transitioning new products from R&D to production.
- Create and evolve work instructions for assembly and shipping.
- Lead lean initiatives and safety/environmental programs.
