Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of time studies, work measurement, line balancing, and capacity analysis.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or comparable CAD software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in manufacturing environments and travel to client sites.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze manufacturing and operational data.
• Conduct facility surveys to verify layouts, equipment locations, workstations, aisles, and material flow.
• Develop and maintain facility and workstation layouts using AutoCAD.
• Observe and document manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Conduct time studies and work measurement to establish labor standards.
• Perform line balancing, capacity analysis, and labor planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, ergonomics, safety, quality, and cost.
• Analyze bottlenecks, cycle times, throughput, and labor utilization.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to develop improved processes and layouts.
• Support implementation of recommendations and validate results.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional manufacturing teams.
