Job summary

HyAxiom, the hydrogen solutions arm of Doosan Group, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design, optimize, and scale production layouts in its South Windsor, CT facility. The role combines lean manufacturing with data analytics to cut waste and costs while supporting sustainable production environments.

Candidates should have 3+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering, experience with AutoCAD manufacturing layouts, and familiarity with 3-D modelling and factory simulation tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in designing factory layouts and material handling systems.
• Proficient with AutoCAD manufacturing/warehouse layouts.

Responsibilities

• Plan efficient facility and warehouse layouts to optimize material flow and ergonomics.
• Design layouts for heavy machinery, overhead lifting systems, and high-capacity material handling.
• Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and manufacturing instructions.
• Confer with management to implement improvements in workspace design and waste reduction.
• Prepare cost/benefit analyses and present recommendations to management.
