Job summary

HyAxiom, the hydrogen solutions arm of Doosan Group, seeks an Industrial Engineer to design and optimize production systems, layouts, and workflows. You will combine lean manufacturing with data analytics to reduce waste and costs in a scalable manufacturing environment, supporting electrolyzers and fuel cell projects.

The role focuses on creating efficient facility layouts, implementing improvements, and coordinating with management and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering role.
• Experience with AutoCAD, PTC Creo or 3-D modelling.
• Experience in process development.
• Experience in developing AutoCAD manufacturing/warehouse layouts.
• Adaptability to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan efficient facility and warehouse floor layouts to optimize material flow and ergonomics.
• Design factory layouts for heavy machinery, overhead lifting systems and high-capacity handling equipment.
• Source and install equipment to support evolving design requirements.
• Create and maintain process documentation (flows, SOPs, manufacturing instructions).
• Provide input for budgeting and cost analyses and present recommendations.

Job Information

We seek a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team. This individual will design, optimize, and scale production systems, layouts, and workflows. The ideal candidate will combine traditional lean manufacturing tools with data analytics to eliminate waste, cut costs, and build a sustainable manufacturing environment

Role & Responsibility

• Plan efficient facility and warehouse floor layouts to optimize material flow and ergonomics.
• Experience designing factory layouts optimized for heavy machinery, overhead lifting systems, rigging setups, and high-capacity material handling equipment.
• Research, source, and install new equipment suitable to support evolving design requirements.
• Create and maintain Process Documentation such as Flow Charts, Standard. Operating Procedures, Manufacturing Instruction, Instruction Sheets, etc.
• Provide analysis, input, and support for the budget process.
• Confer with management and engineering staff to implement improvements and recommendations including work space design, production line optimizations, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Prepare cost /benefit analyses and present recommendations to management.

Job Requirement

EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years' experience in an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering role.
• AutoCAD, PTC Creo or 3-D modelling basics, Microsoft products, Factory simulation software experience a plus.
• Experience in process development.
• Experience in developing AutoCAD manufacturing/warehouse layouts.
• Adaptability to complete various tasks as business needs change.

EDUCATION:

Industrial Engineering preferred, Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with concentration in industrial engineering.
