Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of prior relevant engineering experience or graduate degree with 2+ years of experience; or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop complex capacity assessments and conduct simulation process modeling for planning and execution.
• Establish, measure and evaluate manufacturing metrics and KPIs.
• Create and maintain production dashboards to track KPIs and identify improvements.
• Support root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for quality and process issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve challenges and improve capabilities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentor and train production teams on lean principles.
